The Landon Guglielmana Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Landon Hershel Guglielmana, a Madera South High School graduate and Limestone College volleyball player whose faith and joy left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him. The fund exists to honor his life by investing in students who reflect the same spirit of effort, character, and service.
The scholarship is sustained entirely by the generosity of Landon’s community. Its two steady sources of support are the annual Italian Stallion Open, a doubles sand volleyball benefit tournament played in his honor, and direct donations from families, friends, and sponsors. One hundred percent of many of the tournament’s entry fees go straight to the fund.
A non-profit built on community
The LGMSF is a registered non-profit organization, tax ID 27-3443141, and all donations are tax deductible. Every gift and every team that plays in the tournament helps keep Landon’s memory alive in the most tangible way possible: by helping a student move forward.
